From: The Martini Shot
1.5oz dark rum
1oz coffee liqueur
1/4oz Amaretto
1/2oz cinnamon simple syrup
3/4oz lemon Juice
1 egg White
Top with cinnamon
Add ingredients to a shaker and dry shake without ice for about 15-20 seconds.
Add ice to shaker and shake to chill.
Strain into a coup glass.
Use the stencil to gently dust the top of the cocktail to create your image.
